Asagiri Chirimenji Gosyodoki Monyo Kosode(Embroidered Silk Crepe Quilted Party Kimono)

This exquisite noblewoman's kimono displays brilliant scenes of the famous 11th-century literary work, Genji Monogatari, on embroidered silk crepe. In the upper section is a scene of spring, and in the lower section fall scenery is depicted.
It is believed that the wife of the 13th Maeda lord, Princess Yoh, owned this.
